INTERNSHIP (LA)
We’re a label that treats creativity as a core value — the music, the visuals, and the story all feed each other. This internship runs for six months and is eligible for full college credit. We’re looking for someone who’s curious about that process and wants to be close to how it actually happens. You’ll get to sit with the team, see how ideas evolve, and help bring shape to the worlds our artists build.
What You’ll Do
- Help with day-to-day marketing and digital tasks tied to active releases
- Pull clips, organize assets, and watch how moments online become part of a larger story
- Support brainstorms and research that inform creative direction and campaign ideas
- Sit in on meetings where music, visuals, and strategy connect
- Pitch in wherever the work needs an extra set of hands to keep things moving

- Curiosity about how records are translated into images, narratives, and experiences
- Clear communication and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility, a sense of humor, and comfort adapting as things shift
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and where culture actually circulates
